Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Do you require X-Rays before you are going to adjust me?
Answer: No, we do not. If we deem that your case warrants an  X-Ray we can take them on site. If you have X-rays that have been taken over the last year, please bring them with you just as a point of reference.

Question: Do I have to see you for the rest of my life once I have been adjusted?
Answer: No. Our philosophy is: Find the Problem, Fix it and Forget about it. Life is all about living and not spending each day in pain. Some conditions require more than just a couple of visits, but once we release you from our care with appropriate home care (Exercises and Stretches) you are required to only show up at our office if and when you ever are in pain again.

Question: Do you take my insurance?
Answer: We take all insurance except for Blue Care Network (They only allow one Chiropractor per county to be in network with them). We accept Blue Cross, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, your auto insurance, and your company workman's compensation insurance. Just call us at 989.732.1533 if you want us to do the homework on your insurance. We also accept people without insurance. Just ask!

Question: Can I be seen today?
Answer: Yes. MWF 8:30am-1:00 & 2:30-6:00pm.  Tues-Thurs 6:30am-1:00.

Question: Does manual manipulation hurt?
Answer: No, not if it is done correctly. We have a great  year track record of proper chiropractic care. We also practice with an activator, if needed.

Question: Do I need a referral?
Answer: In most cases you do not need to have a referral. We have a very healthy relationship with the local medical establishment.

Question: Does my insurance cover the massage visits?
Answer: Some insurance cover massage if therapeutically indicated and the best advice is to call your insurance carrier and ask them or ask our front office staff to do that for you.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us. We will do our very best to answer you within the same day.
